Usually, Kenzo.

I work on growth. I like strange ideas and want to know whether they work once someone tries them.

Currently building Harris Alter ↗.

I’m Victor. You might know me as Kenzo.

I’ve spent the last six years working across fintech, crypto, and startups. These days I run Harris Alter, my growth consultancy.

I want somewhere to write at length, explain my choices, and put the things I make. Some of it will be about work. Some of it will be because I felt like it.
