I helped build and scale the entire GTM function end-to-end from positioning and partnerships to lifecycle, distribution, and performance systems. Achieved a global top-10 ranking shortly after exiting beta.
HaHa Wallet is a Series Seed consumer fintech product — a non-custodial crypto wallet designed for accessibility and mass adoption. At the time I joined, the product had genuine potential but zero growth infrastructure. No GTM strategy. No acquisition channels. No retention systems. Just a product and a blank slate.
That blank slate was the opportunity.
Consumer crypto wallets are brutally competitive. The incumbents have years of brand equity, massive marketing budgets, and deep ecosystem relationships. As a seed-stage product, HaHa had none of that. What it had was a better experience — and my job was to make sure the right people knew it existed.
The challenge wasn't just acquisition. It was building the infrastructure that makes acquisition sustainable: positioning, messaging, ICP definition, referral mechanics, lifecycle campaigns, partnership pipelines, and the analytics layer to tie it all together.
I started with positioning. Defined the ICP, crafted the messaging framework, and built the launch playbooks that would underpin every channel. Without this foundation, everything else is noise.
From there: partnerships. I sourced, negotiated, and closed 20+ strategic deals across exchanges, NFT communities, KOL groups, and DeFi applications. Each partnership was designed not just for distribution but for co-marketing leverage — the kind that compounds.
On the product side, I shipped a referral program that drove +40% activation lift and lifecycle campaigns that improved 30-day retention by +25%. I built internal dashboards and automated content pipelines using AI tools, and used on-chain analytics (Dune, DefiLlama) to tie growth initiatives directly to revenue outcomes.
On the social side, I built the brand voice and content engine that generated 20M+ organic impressions in 12 months across X, with an 11% engagement rate and 145K new followers. Single posts regularly cleared 400K+ views. The token launch tweet alone pulled 3.6K replies, 17K likes, and 472K views — all organic, zero paid media.
What I'm most proud of isn't the numbers — it's the execution behind them. I designed the growth strategy, built the distribution channels, activated partnerships, built the social presence from zero, and drove the experimentation cycle that took HaHa from early traction to global scale. 100K+ Google Play downloads. 80K Chrome extension users. 20M organic impressions on X in 12 months with zero paid budget.
